Tabata exercise
Our training for this day was AWESOME. As in OMG.
Aside from our dance training we did TABATA exercise.
This was my first time to this kind of exercise.
Our coach said that this will help our body to be fit, to be more powerful, it will boost up our strengths and so on..
And as I read some articles about this exercise it is really effective for weight loss
